Adaptive swimming success

The Courage Kenny Blizzards, a CKRI adaptive swim team, has major reasons to celebrate. Team member Sophia Nohre just won five gold medals at a national competition in Alabama, and the teams coach, Adam Warden, has logged more than 600 hours volunteering with Courage Kenny. Both are showing the Twin Cities what a difference hard work and dedication can make in our lives.
