[Owatonna People's Press, January 03, 2024] Charlotte Summer Riskedahl is the first baby born at Allina Health Owatonna Hospital in 2024! Charlotte is the sixth child of Ashley and Jade Riskedahl. She was born on Monday, Jan. 1 at 12:08 a.m., weighing five pounds, six ounces and measuring 19 ¼ inches. Charlotte's older sister chose her first name, and Charlotte's middle name honors Ashley's sister Summer, who died two years ago.
