Minnesota man helps explain how virtual orthopedic urgent care works

He went there for help when a quick move during racquetball practice sent him crashing to the floor. Feeling excruciating pain, Tim knew he needed medical treatment; however, the intake nurse said it could be hours before he would be seen at the clinic’s urgent care.
