How to set realistic resolutions for the new year

[WCCO-TV, December 29, 2024] As the calendar flips to a new year, people often consider resolutions. While it's good to set goals and work on self improvement, it's important to be realistic so that our goals don't create additional stress. David Nathan, PsyD, LP, a psychologist with Allina Health, spoke with WCCO-TV on what we should consider to help set ourselves up for a happy new year.
