A recent study says too much sitting is bad for the heart. The study goes on to say that exercise will not offset the impact of a sedentary lifestyle. With that in mind, researchers recommend that you avoid sitting more than 10.6 hours a day. Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute cardiologist
