Online bill payment refund policy

All transactions processed via Allina Health online bill pay are eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation of payment, please call the Miscellaneous Billing Department at 612-262-4983612-262-4983.

Allina Health System will process refund within 10 to 30 business days once the overpayment has been identified by Allina Health System.
