The Provider to Provider app facilitates direct personal connections across care providers. Connect either to a provider directly, or to an administrator who can coordinate a callback. App also includes links to shared resources for scheduling and provider communication.
SharePoint is a web-based collaborative platform that integrates natively with Microsoft Office and can help your team work remotely, work together and work smarter. SharePoint is primarily a document management and storage system. SharePoint is highly configurable, and its usage varies substantially. Besides document storage, SharePoint can create and host lists, tasks, calendars, videos, text and images!
