Frequently asked questions

If you or a family member has been a customer/client of Courage Kenny Aquatics & Fitness department or Sports & Recreation department within the last year, you most likely have a "Member Account." For example, if you receive an error message about duplicate information while creating an account, please contact staff at your facility to retrieve your account username and password. This will avoid creating a duplicate account.

If you are returning to the site and have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password. A temporary password will be emailed to your specified email address on file. Use the temporary password to access your account and create a new password. If you need further assistance, please email CkActive@Allina.com or call the Front Desk at, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.: 612-775-2400

Contact information, including telephone numbers and email addresses, can be edited online.

Yes!  If you are completing registration for a family member other than yourself (adult or child), you will need to create a guest profile for each family member you wish to enroll. To do this, enter your personal and contact information. Once completed, click "Add Sub-Member." Repeat process for all additional family members. Once all profiles have been added, click "Next."

If you are already in the system, the front desk staff can attached family members to one account.

Online registration is processed by our registration software. You will create or update your user account, which is only accessible by you. If you don’t know your password, you can request a new one which is generated by the software and not visible to staff. Staff are only able to update information you provide and register you for a class through their own staff user accounts. Staff cannot access your online account.

Payments are processed through a credit card processing vendor to protect our clients’ privacy and security.

You may register in person at any Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Golden Valley or Stillwater locations with a check, we do not accept cash payments at this time

You can register online, over the phone, or if you need to pay in person, please contact our program coordinator at 612-775-2400 for additional assistance.

Your registration is not complete until after you finish the checkout process. If you choose to disconnect before pressing the final checkout button and receiving a completed invoice, your transaction will be automatically deleted.

Class enrollments are not guaranteed until the completion of the checkout process and a receipt has been created. When you submit your registrations, the system will verify all of your selections to confirm that space is still available. If a class or program fills before you checkout, the system will only allow you to register to be on the waitlist. You will not be charged for any classes you are waitlisted on.

You will receive a confirmation email for your class by email. If you need a receipt, print the receipt screen to your local printer after submitting payment. If you don't have a printer, you can view your current registrations and invoices receipts online by logging into your My Account and clicking the Invoice History link.

If a program/class is full, a spot on the waiting list will be offered if available. There is no fee to be on the waiting list. If a participant drops a class, all on the waitlist will be contacted, that space will be offered to the first person/family that responds to message.

If a space should become available due to another person canceling or transferring out of the class, you will receive a call from the facility staff. At that time, you can decide whether to take or decline the spot. We will contact each participant on the wait list, it is first come, first served for registration from a waitlist spot
