The Minnesota Hospital Association has named Allina Health’s New Ulm Medical Center a Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace recently at its annual award banquet.
The Minnesota Hospital Association selected New Ulm Medical Center as a Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace from among its 141 member hospitals and health systems. The results of the Star Tribune Top Workplaces are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. More than 2,200 area companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses. The Star Tribune Top Workplaces honor recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
