If you don't have the VidyoConnect app, select "Download VidyoConnect app" to get started.

Make sure the app is downloading
Depending on your browser, your download will begin. It will appear wherever downloads are normally found. Select the file to start installing the app.

Let the app install
Your installation will happen on its own after completing the previous step. Do not close or cancel the installation. You may need to give the app permission to use your camera and mic.

Agree to the end user license agreement
You must agree to it to continue.

Return to your browser window and refresh the page
Find the “refresh” button (it should look like an arrow curved into a circle) and select it now that the app is installed.

Allow the app to open, if prompted
Your browser may prompt you to open the VidyoConnect app with a popup. If it does, select “Open” or “Allow” depending on your browser.

Back in the VidyoConnect app, join the visit
Once you’ve allowed it to open, the VidyoConnect app should launch with the right credentials to join. Select “Join” in the VidyoConnect app.

Wait for your visit to begin
Just like an in-person visit, a clinical assistant may meet with you first and ask you a few questions. Your provider will join you shortly.
