Haiku/Canto new device setup

Welcome to the device setup page for Haiku / Canto.

These steps must be completed on the mobile device you are registering for Haiku/Canto.

To register and activate your device:

1. Download the Haiku or Canto App on your device.
2. Complete the form below and click submit.
3. Click the configuration link on the Confirmation Page.
4. Log into Haiku or Canto on your device (you will receive a message stating the device is not registered yet).
5. Information Services will email you when your device is registered and activated.

If you previously registered your device via the WebCARF process there is no need to complete this form unless you have a new device or have uninstalled/reinstalled the Haiku or Canto application.
