Every day we hear about a trendy new diet or workout that promises weight loss success, but how many of these work? There is no "magic pill" to make you healthy, but your health can be improved by making some simple lifestyle changes. I challenge you to start adopting the eating habits and exercise tips that I've outlined below. If you have questions about starting your weight loss journey or making modifications to what you are currently doing, a bariatrician like me or your primary care doctor can help connect you to the best resources.
